Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept cash payment, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (630) 305-0312. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

If you don’t have dental insurance: There is a 20% discount for patients with no insurance.  Payment in full is expected at time of service.  Payment plans are also offered but a minimum of 50% of the service fee is required at time of service. (Please ask us about our senior citizen discount.)

If you have dental insurance (out of network): For your convenience we will help you process your dental insurance claims but we request that a $200.00 deposit be made on the date of service.   After your insurance pays out, and you have a balance, we will send you a statement, or if you have a credit balance we will refund it to you.

If you have dental insurance (in network): We are contracted with several major dental insurance plans. We will try the best we can to determine with accuracy your copayment based on information provided to us by your insurance carrier. However your copayment is only an estimate of your portion toward the service provided at our office. Your exact dental insurance coverage can only be determined once your explanation of benefits (EOB) and your insurance payment is received in our office. Any remaining balance after your payment is received will be billed to you. Please be aware that your network fee is significantly less than our regular fee and your copayment is due in full at time of service.

Please verify if we are members of your dental insurance network when you call to schedule your appointment.
